Late Arrivals
Late arrival of 15 minutes or greater without warning or contact will result in a cancellation and rebooking fee of $25.00.
Cancellations
24hrs notice is required for any last-minute cancellations or rescheduling. I understand that situations arise. However, you will be charged $60 for services under $150 and $80 for services over $150.
No Shows
If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be subject to a 50% service pre-paid rebooking fee or potentially be banned from rebooking.
Service Refunds
I do not issue refunds on salon services.
If you are not satisfied with the work performed, I will require that you return to the salon to assess your concerns. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, please notify the salon within two days of your service. At that time, I will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you at no cost, only within two weeks of the initial service.
